Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can call you back, and basic analytics so we can see what pages people read. We don't sell any of it.

Last updated: October 2026. This policy covers fkc-group.com, operated by F&K Consulting Group, an F&K Management company, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

What we collect

  • Form submissions. When you request a free audit, the readiness checklist or send a contact message, we collect what you enter: name, business name, website, city, email, phone and your message. Submissions are stored in our hosting provider's key-value store (Cloudflare) and emailed to us.
  • Analytics. We may use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to see which pages are visited and whether calls and forms happen. This uses cookies or similar identifiers. You can block them with your browser or an extension.
  • Spam protection. Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) keeps standard request logs for security and performance.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare the audit or checklist you asked for, and follow up about it. If you become a client we use it to do the work. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for something that requires a reply.

Who sees it

F&K Consulting Group and the services we use to run the site and send email: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, spam protection), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics) and Cal.com (booking, when you book a call). Each has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as we are working with you or reasonably may, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email [email protected] or call (914) 527-3135 to see, correct or delete what we have about you. Florida residents and residents of states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide; we honor them without charge.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
